This site is run by AUTOM8 LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Republic of Armenia (registration number 271.110.1414725), at 4/3 Pirumyanner, suite 12, Davtashen 0054, Yerevan, Armenia. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The free tools

The calculators and converters on this site are free to use and are provided as they are. They give figures that are accurate to the best of my knowledge and are sourced from published references, but cooking is not a controlled process and I cannot guarantee a result in your kitchen. Use judgement, particularly where food safety is involved.

Paid guides

Some pages sell a downloadable PDF guide for a single payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. What you buy is described on the page you buy it from, and the price shown there is the price charged.

When checkout is enabled, purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Paddle handles the payment and any sales tax or VAT due, and appears as the seller on your statement and invoice. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Delivery is immediate. The download appears on the confirmation screen as soon as payment clears, along with a key that lets you download the file again on another device. There is no account to create.

What you may do with a guide

A purchased guide is for your own use. You may read it, print it and keep it indefinitely. Please do not resell it, republish it, or distribute copies. The content remains my copyright.

Accuracy and liability

Every figure in the guides is attributed to a named source, and where sources disagree the guide says so rather than picking one silently. Even so, the guides are information rather than professional advice. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from their use.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did. Changes are not retroactive: a purchase is governed by the terms in place when it was made.
