What to write about
- A number looks wrong. This is the most useful message you can send. Tell me the ingredient and what you expected, and I will check it against the source.
- Refunds. Say the word refund and it is done. See the refund policy.
- A guide will not download. Send the key from your confirmation screen and I will re-issue it.
- Something is broken. The page address and what you were doing is enough to work from.
