Refund policy

If a guide is not what you expected, ask for a refund and you will get one.

The policy

30 days, no questions asked. Email [email protected] and say the word refund. There is no form, no reason required, and no attempt to talk you out of it.

You keep the PDF. Asking for the file back would be theatre, since you have already read it, and the point of the policy is that buying should not feel like a risk.

How long it takes

I aim to action refunds within two working days of the email. The money is returned by Paddle to the payment method used, and how quickly it appears is up to your bank, which is usually a few working days after that.

EU and UK buyers

Consumer law in the EU and UK normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Digital content is an exception once you have started downloading it, but this policy is deliberately more generous than the law requires, so the 30 day promise above applies regardless.

Free tools

The calculators on this site are free, so there is nothing to refund. If one gives a figure you believe is wrong, please tell me. I would rather fix it than leave it.
